Every time I get some crampy feelings, which is fairly frequently, I think it?s ectopic or the start of miscarrying. I still haven?t had any bleeding or spotting, and like I?ve said before, there is no reason to think that anything is wrong, but I still can?t help but worry a lot of the time. Any success stories with low hcg and low progesterone? 1 Citation May 31, 2009 Hi! My last period was 3/25/2009. I took a etp 5/5/2009 and got a bfp! First I was thrilled, but then I went to my infertility specialist yesterday. They took blood which came back "both hcg and progesterone on the low side". He could't see anything on the ultrasound (intravaginal) either? With a history of one miscarriage 2 years ago and ttc since then I'm very frustated?.
