Butternut Soup with Sauteed Mustard Greens 1 Citation I had one lonely butternut squash left over from the batch my Mom had harvested in the fall, and Matt wanted to try to grow the seeds, so this soup was a result. I decided to run it through the food processor to give it an even consistency, but I'm sure it would be great straight out of the pot.
