1 Citation Well before ya know it, we'll be all suited up with our packs and hiking Mount Everest Cape Split . Okay, it may not be Mount Everest, but I'm not taking a 4 hour hike lightly! So I'll be making sure to get some form of "training" in every remaining day in this week. Exercise Exploration & The "Big Hike" 1 Citation The thing I think I love the most about running is that it's a purposeful athletic sport. What I mean is that when I'm outside running, there's life going on down the roads I'm running, I can see the people, the pets, the cars, houses, birds, the trees, the plants, the SUN, the mist, the clouds or whatever. Portraits at the Kress household 1 Citation Carson had his senior portraits shot recently. Actually I decided on a whim, the last federal holiday, to set up the lights and back drop in the middle of the den and invite people over to have their portraits shot. Unfortunately since I sent out the invite rather late the night before the portrait session not many people were able to come.
