Is 1000w too much light for my room? 1 Citation OK here is my question. I am borrowing a set of 1000w mh and hps setups from a friend. He needs em back and I need to purchase a new HPS light and Ballast. I am thinking Lumatek Digital have heard good things about this setup. BUT my question is between 750w or 1000w. ebb-flo ~ 3 tables with 1 reservoir? 1 Citation While looking for an ebb & flow table, I ran across these at the local hardware store. They are 31"x19" each. Side by side = 31"x57" I plan to use a 1000w over them (approx 12 plants). Would a 600 on a mover be better? I'm thinking of using a single reservoir tank to flood each table one at a time. That's three pumps down in one reservoir tank. What are the negatives/positives under this scenario? I'm not planning a staggered growth cycle. It will be: Fill-Grow-Harvest-Clean &am, technorati.com

It's getting to the point I can't even remember a time when I wasn't hacking, spluttering and mopping both our noses in a futile effort to keep the snot at bay. 1 Citation So I was lookin around and had this thought. I am kinda good with electronics and know how to hook up LED lights. I dont kno anything about the color scale on them or how many lumens they have but would it work to use tons of LED lights for a grow? Maybe make a rod or something to hold a bunch of them. Like I said tho i dont kno about the color scale but maybe some of them have different colors to them and you could mix and match colors to get the perfect light.
