It has often been argues that being a member of the Euro-zone helped national economies in these critical times. This blog too supports this argument. And yes, I must admit, it is fairly easy to argue this point these days. European countries that do not have the Euro (such as Hungary, Iceland and Denmark) have much bigger problems with their economies compared to Euro-zone countries. The Charlemagne column in the Economist this week compared this argument to the most known Eurosceptic view., technorati.com
